Days before in Notification email alert

Hello everyone,
I am using Days before and want to send mail before next contact date. Please help me with that. I am not getting any mail.

If you are not receiving emails, you may want to check a few things

Run bench doctor on frappe-bench folder, see if the scheduler is active
If the Scheduler is not active, run the following command bench --site all enable-scheduler
bench restart
Also I am assuming the emails are configured correctly

Hi @Manan_Shah , But when I was selecting send alert on: save , I was receiving mails.
So I think scheduler is working.

I’m facing the exact same issue here.

Notification event on Save, Submit, Cancel all work fine, but for Days After and Days Before, nothing works.

If I click on Get Today Alert, I will get a pop up message showing the document numbers that fit the criteria, but that’s all.

Anyone help?

yes I did.

I also did a new installation of V13 based on Ubuntu 20.04.
deleted the Notifications and created them again.

nothing helped so far.

I am facing the same issue in frappe v13 also.
‘System notification’ works fine on ‘SAVE’ but with ‘Days Before / After’ it does not works.
Can you please let me know whether anyone got the solution ?
