Debit and Credit not equal for Purchase Invoice

Having an issue when submitting a purchase invoice. Getting “Debit and Credit not equal for Purchase Invoice #PINV-00002-1. Difference is 13.0”

13 is the tax on the invoice. If i remove the tax from the purchase invoice, i can submit it.
