Deduct Employee Advance amount from Employee salary

Hello guys

Is there any option to deduct the employee advance amount from the salary?
that is not a loan.
if an employee gets an advance amount the amount wants to deduct from a particular month and pay the remaining amount only… that want to reflect in account also

Is there any option? Please help me with this.

i think there is no option u just need to create a loan that will be deducted from salary

Use Employee Advance

(or)

You can create Salary Component as deduction, Create Salary Structure using the component, assign to your employees, then create additional salary each and every time against the employee whenever you want, it will deducts advance amount from salary based on payroll period👍
E.g., Salary Component - Advance, type- Deduction
