Why on journal entry default date is the last date u have used, and on sales invoice is today date. I want to make sales invoice default date = last date i have used. Is that possible? with customize form or custom script. I cant make code change.

You will have to save the last date in global and then set it on ‘refresh’ if its not set. Let us know if you get stuck.
