Default Email Attachment


Many Times customer send default attachment in email. like terms and condition, legal certificate, broacher.
e.g when we send email from Sales Order, we can only attach document attached with that Sales Order.

  1. Can we set default document to be attached in email?
  2. How can we attach document to standard reply? I have seen standard reply, so that default reply has default document
  3. How can we set default standard reply? Is there any option to set default standard reply for selling transaction and for purchase transaction. It will be very helpful as usability feature
