I want to set default message and default check those option below that New Email modal. Can i do that ?
Is it possible to send mail directly instead of going to that add email button at down?

You can’t just send a message using the default template directly. Instead, you need to make an Email Template. If you want to use a specific email template for quotation, you can set it in Customize Form.
Then, whenever you click the Email button, it will automatically load and send using the default format.
