Default tax rates correction

Hi all,

I have just noted that the default tax rates that the install wizard will import for Switzerland are wrong. Is there a common place (like with translations and chart of accounts) where this can be placed? Tax rates should be 2.5% reduced VAT, 7.7% normal VAT and 3.7% lodging VAT.

I suppose you can raise an issue on github or make pull request. I haven’t seen any common place for this.
