Default Value from other Field in Web Form

Hi,

I have created a web form for a doctype. Unfortunately, one field where its value is taken from another field is not recognized when entered using webform:

I was referring to the column: Number Prefix. Where it should be getting the value of prefix field under insurance_company doctype.

Is the field type set to ‘Link’ ?

The insurance_company is a link. The number_prefix is read only.
