Define Lead Acquisition Process


I’m using ERPNext and would like some guidance on streamlining our lead acquisition process:

  1. A person registers on our website.
  2. If they haven’t uploaded all required documents, an email reminder is sent.
  3. If the documents are still incomplete after 3 days, a call is made.
  4. A follow-up call is made two days later if needed.

How can I set this up in ERPNext so that our service agents have a clear roadmap for each lead?
