Delete Mode of Payment in V5

Following information from a previous post see here

Previous advice on deleting Mode of Payment entries

I have tried to follow the advice. However it doesn’t seem to be working. If I apply ‘Cancel’ rights to Account Manager Role Permissions on Mode of Payment, it states it has to be submittable. If I then check the ‘Submit’ box I get the following error message:

For Accounts Manager at level 0 in Mode of Payment in row 1: Cannot set Assign Submit if not Submittable

Any ideas on what this actually means?

Delete is a separate permission from Cancel. Not all documents are submittable.

The delete permission now is enabled. I’m not sure what enabled it; logging in, clearing the cache, restarting supervisor and nginx.

Permissions seem to be OK now. Sorry for any trouble the query may have raised.
