Deleting Standard Fields under Tax Withholding Rates

We do not need From Date and To Date of Withholding Rates

When we try to delete, we get the popup message:

We also tried to hide it but it is also not possible because it is Mandatory, when unchecking Mandatory, we get the popup message:

How do we remove these fields?

Try to set a default value before hiding. So a From Date like 1970-01-01 and To Date of 2340-12-31
