Delivery trip stays in scheduled status

Hi Guys

All my delivery trips stays in “scheduled” status. Can anyone help me

1. To understand what should be the next statuses(after submitting the delivery trip)

2. How to solve the problem of staying delivery trips in “scheduled” status however their arrival time is passed?

You must select the delivery stop item and check Visited.
In case of multiple items select visited for all the stops.
