if there is a field outside the child table “field_outside” that i want it to be depends on a value = x in a field inside the child table “field_inside” what is the simple code must be in the field Depends On of the Customization Form of the “field_outside”

If you have to set the field depend on the parent field in the child table then use it like this: eval:parent.your_parent_field_name

you understand the case other way around i need the parent to be depend on the child not the child to be depend on the parent @NCP

Maybe it will be done by script but no idea how it will happen.
