You can set Background image Userwise. Steps: 1.Login as Administrator 2.Go to ‘Setup’ module-> ‘User and Permissions’ menu ->‘User’ doctype 3.Open required User form. 4.In ‘Display Setting’ section , Go to ‘Background Image’ field and upload required image.
