Desktop 2: Card as Link to Doctype (Similar to Desktop 1 Icons)

Hi there

Is there any way to configure (With js/py code a desktop 2 card as one of the Icons of Desk 1 when to create a shortocut from the Doctype.

Miss this feature a lot. Customers need this feature.

That does look like it might help with some of the problems of Desk 2.0

I see that there is a setup.py file listed in the resources. Do you have any idea about how I might actually load that option to my production system??

There are no real instruction listed in the github location to describe how to make use of the new desk “widget”

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I have no problem setting up another production system for testing this.

Hi,

Click on the down arrow at the module card on desk to see a dropdown of shortcuts and it has option to customize.
