Development environment

Hi,

I’m thinking of of setting up a good development environment for
ERPnext. My primary choice is off course eclipse.

Any tips about how should i approach it?

Arif,

We use textmate on mac or sublimetext on linux as the development environment. Both of them are pretty awesome and would recommend them.

Also due to lack of documentation, we end up using grep a lot.

The lib/wnf.py also has some utilities for patching / git shortcuts ... you can do lib/wnf.py --help for more info.

best,
Rushabh

Well i’m a sublime text user also. I will use that.
