DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://mydomain.com/assets/js/socket.io.slim.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404

Upgraded to v13 a while back. On Ubuntu 18.04, showing this error in chrome console. Sometimes pages do not load properly - especially with new dashboard and charts - have to keep hitting refresh button on browser.
DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://mydomain.com/assets/js/socket.io.slim.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

The file ~/frappe-bench/sites/assets/js/socket.io.slim.js.map does not exist or was not created. Tried bench setup requirements and bench build. Get a download error during bench build. Don’t know if related.

Along with additional warnings for Quill/delta-js:

DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for webpack://Quill/node_modules/quill-delta/dist/Delta.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

So far I tried:

su - erpnext
cd /myerpnextfolder
bench build && bench clear-cache && bench restart
bench setup socketio

Still having the same missing files.
What’s strange is that my server has the missing file:

./erpnext/apps/frappe/node_modules/socket.io-client/dist/socket.io.slim.js.map
./.cache/yarn/v6/npm-socket-io-client-2.4.0-aafb5d594a3c55a34355562fc8aea22ed9119a35-integrity/node_modules/socket.io-client/dist/socket.io.slim.js.map
