What is the main difference between the yellow and gray document as shown in the photo bellow

On a Workspace, elements can be flagged for “Onboard”, which changes the color of the bullet point.
I “think” the idea is that Onboard elements are supposed to be flagged as “important To Do” items, when you create a brand-new Site.

But what do the original colors mean on documents already there?
