Can anybody help me clear up regarding pack list and packing slip. I am confuse on when to use both features. Please help me. Thank you

Pick List - a document which will suggest what items are to be picked up prior to material transfer/material transfer for manufacturing/delivery

Packing slip will be sent with goods to customers, it’s the content details of each box or any combination of boxes.
Pick slip is an internal document given to warehouse keeper to collect items for one or many orders to be delivered.
