Different three days leave mention in single application

Hello

How can we add three different days’ leave mentioned in a single application?
In my scenario, I need to add three different days of leave in one application which is impossible in our default erpnext flow. Our default flow is that we have to select ‘From Date’ to ‘To Date’.
For example, I need to add three dates 1st January, 3rd January, and 5th January in one Leave Application but I cannot able to do this.
How can I do that?
Does anyone have an idea?

Im not an expert in ERPNEXT, im still learning but from what i understand is that you cannot have different dates. You need to apply 3 different dates seperately

May i ask why skipping the days in between? is there holiday in between? if yes there is a way to handle that
