Check your node version and it should be higher than version 18 i guess
You node version is below 18 version, upgrade it and make it greater than 18 version.
i try to upgrade but the syntax always tell that ur using a old version. and i use also the use the 18 up but still he reads the old version.
I think this a new bug on the system it self.

try: nvm alias default node && nvm install node
What is the hosing environment, OS etc?
