Disable change user option when accessing profile (My Profile)

Is there a way to restrict users from selecting other users when clicking on Change User under the My Profile option?

I don’t like tweaking the source, since I am building an image for custom apps, I thought there could be a setting to at least restrict users from selecting another user on the change user option.
