Disable sending automation Email while create new Lead

Hi all,

I set up the email setting in my system, and it was auto-sending emails to the Lead while creating a new one,

now I want to stop sending auto emails to the leads

What kind of emails are sending to Leads? Also check “Notification” system in the ERPNext.
