disappear the code in text erea in server script
but when edit it

Frappe Framework: v15.15.0 (version-15)
Frappe HR: v15.12.0 (version-15)
custom app: v0.0.1 (develop)

Why would want to add Client Script when this feature for checking for duplicate is available built in?

As suggested just set the Customer Naming to Customer Name.

That is all what should be required.
