Hi everyone,
Is there a way of discharging patients who are not inpatients? For example having moved away or passed away?
Alternatively how could I change the status perhaps from Active to Discharged/Deceased (optionally with a cause of death)?

@DavidP For out-patients, there is no need to discharge. For in-patients, we can’t discharge them without admitting.
Currently, patient status can be either active or disabled(before payment). Discharge status is tracked separately in InPatient record. We can probably add an option to mark a patient as inactive.
For now, You can create custom field in Patient to track cause of death.

Makes sense, probably will add a field to record date of death and filter the regular patient list according to records where this is not set.
