Discount Account is not working on Purchase Invoice

Hi there.
I use version:

• ERPNext: v13.42.5 (HEAD)

• Frappe Framework: v13.46.1 (HEAD)

I see this documentation for applying Discount Account

1. Enable Discount Account from Accounts Setting
2. the discount is working well with the Sales Invoice
   
   

but
when doing the same thing with the Purchase Invoice is not working !!!

Is this Bug ??
