Discounts in Shopping cart

HI all.

Can anybody tell me whether the discounts can be applied to the shopping cart items, please.

I have added a new pricing rule for discounts on items. But it is not reflected in the shopping cart item prices.

Is it only applicable to items sales through desk?

Can you please share if all the conditions mentioned in the Pricing Rule is matching for the Order made on Shopping Cart? If possible, please share screenshots, so that we can support you better.
