Display custom field data on Item Page using custom script

I have created 3 custom fields in doctype =Item Price (Tessco Price List,SI,Standard Selling) . and imported data accordingly.

Now If i open a an Item I need to show the 3 new created data somewhere on Item Page and instead of count 1 i need to display 3 as it has 3 new fields(Tessco Price List,SI,Standard Selling).

So basically i want to know , what code should i write to custom script to get the required data ??
