Do Budgeting Affect Journal Entry

Hi,
i have created budgeting for office rent and i created journal entry to debit more than the amount specified in budget against bank account i was able to submit.

What action you have mentioned in Budget record?

@nabinhait when i created item i should have unchecked maintain stock check box
