Do someone has knowledge about 3CX system for call center? And can we integrate 3CX into Frappe/ERPNext.
3CX v20 offers REST API (XAPI) for configuration purposes, but still have not API REST for call control (seems it will be released soon …)
Alternative, you can use call flow designer to build some kind of integration with a .NET agent …

There is not avaliable standard integration for that, but you would can build it with proper knowledge about Frappe Framework and 3CX.
Maybe @Support-at-ERPgulf have some integration done.
Yes. we have developed module for ERPNext- 3CX integration, currently testing. Soon we will release as open source.

Some code seems to have been added here, although it doesn’t seem to be functional as much of the code is commented out. The development branch has a bit more, but it doesn’t seem functional yet (although i have not tried installing it)
