Doc status not changed automatically when reply

Dear Team,
Greetings!

After giving reply in Tickets of Helpdesk through the Reply Button, the status of HD Ticket is not automatically changed to Replied.I am using the apps versions as given below

  1. ERPNext: v15.29.2 (version-15)

  2. Frappe Framework: v15.33.3 (version-15)

3.Helpdesk: v1.1.0 (develop)

Please give me any solution on this

You have to set it manually.

I got a solution for this,In the HD Settings doctype there is a check box named as “Auto Update Status”,if this checkbox is clicked the status will be automatically changed into Replied if agent give reply from the HD Ticket
