@rmehta could you possibly set up a table in which we could translate and discuss DocTyp abbreviations/namingseries.
I noticed these are all also on translate.erpnext.com, but I think it would be nice to have a clear table as an overview. What do you think?

For the translation of Doctype names etc., you can use Custom Translations feature in ERPNext.
Setup > Customize > Custom Translation
