Doctype directory structure dont appear

i ahve created simple doctypes ,but it does not reflect in directory structure ,there is no doctype created in model but it shows on UI that there is adoctype

Doctypes directory are created in the corresponding module folder. Have you checked thoroughly?

Check if developer_mode in site_config file is set to 1
