In Frappe ErpNext version 15 we have a option to see how much data we have consumed for a specific doctype. I am attaching the refernce image of Item master.
Question: Can we increase the limit so that we can add more fields to the doctype?
How many custom fields did you added?

In the parent column, the Parent Doctype name will be there from you can find which row for which parent
