Document Permission

Under HR module, for Leave Application and Appraisals for “employee” role users it is displaying all records. In the manual it was provided as to provide specific rules for each user so that only that corresponding employee’s documents will be visible. It is very confusing do that everytime for a employee and most times HR manager misses it. Is there anyother way so that by default all users under “Employee” role will have access to only their records alone. ?


Try this once,

  1. Apply User Permission-> Select Document Types->If Employee is pemitted

check via particular Employee login whether he/she can see its own record
