Document Print Attachment (Print Format)Missing in Mail

Hi all,
Some clients are not getting document print attachment in their mail while sending through ERPNext.
It does not happen all the time.Sometime they don’t receive the attachment.
There is no error showing in the Email Queue.
Kindly suggest some solution

Thank you for your reply
I have already checked this part even I can see the attachment section in email queue also for that particular mail.
Any other solutions?
