- Searching for the document number directly and clicking on the result opens a blank page. Upon refresh, we can view the document, but the system does not display the document number. In the below example, clicking on the SI document link opens a blank error page

@Yash1 Is this only happen in Sales Invoice?
Because I think the name in your Sales Invoice has / (slash) on it. For the browser, it is an additional parameter, and therefore browser experiences a false output.
If this only happens in Sales Invoice, I guess you must change your naming series on Sales Invoice / choose another format.
