Does ERPNext 15 support Oman’s e-invoicing standards, or are there any alternative options?

Hi all,

I’m currently evaluating ERPNext 15 for a client in Oman and wanted to check if there’s any official or community supported integration for Oman’s upcoming e-invoicing standards. As the Oman Tax Authority (OTA) is going to roll out mandatory e-invoicing from 2026, I want to make sure the ERP we implement will be compliant by then.

So far I haven’t found any built-in support for Omani e-invoicing in ERPNext v15. I know of the ERPGulf Oman VAT module which helps with VAT compliance but couldn’t find anything related to e-invoicing (e.g. PEPPOL or OTA API integrations).

My questions:

Does ERPNext 15 support Oman’s e-invoicing framework or is it planned?

Are there any third party apps or community modules that address this?

What are the recommended ways to prepare ERPNext for future e-invoicing requirements in Oman?

Any help, experience or suggestions would be appreciated!
