Is there any chance to recover the draft icon ?

Cache problem - after clearing cache all ok.

What would be the correct way to clear the cache?

@sorin.negulescu , cleaning the browser’s history will help. I also restart the server after an update.

I thought that frappe/ERPNext was creating a cache (something like smarty does).
