If you're using Webnotes hosted version, the devs say this is a known bug and that they will fix it. I am also getting the same error. However, not worried as the backup files are there (though I have not tested integrity of the backup files).

Laurence - thanks - I think this is fixed. The dropbox backup is an additional backup for you for your safety - we already have 2 hard-disks (RAID) and a full mirror server in addition to snapshot backups on Amazon.

Dropbox backup is more about "history" than "disaster" backup :)
