Dropbox Backup Setting from VM on a local IP & Port

Hi,

I am running ERPNext on Oracle VM using local ip and port configured in the firewall NAT to access using real IP and Port.

Now, I am trying for Dropbox setting. When I am trying “Allow Dropbox Access”, the API Request window appears in a newtab. But once I click Allow, the application shows “This site can’t be reached”.

Plz advice.

Try to see if you can ping your drop box site from your VM, if not you may need to change some network settings.
