Dropbox integrations Error

Dear Sir,
I am Using ERPNext On Google cloud with Bitnami. I am trying to get a backup of my ERPNext database. I could not find any ways to get a backup. When i use Dropbox integration its says “Something went wrong” (Picture attached ). Please help me to get a backup of my database.
