Hi everyone,
Say I am using dropship model and my customer wants to return the product.
2 scenarios
a) my customer triggers a return (or rma) thru me. Then send the product back to me. And I will send the product to the merchant
or
b) my customer triggers a return (or rma) thru me. I will notify the merchant with the rma id. My customer will return to the merchant directly.
How could I simulate such in erpnext?
