Drug Code dropdown not showing items in Patient Encounter (Healthcare v15)

Hi all,
I’m using ERPNext *]v15.49.1 with Marley Health v15.1.4.

In

Patient Encounter

Patient Encounter > Medication table, the Drug Code field (linked to Item) is not showing any items in the dropdown — even though:

  • Maintain Stock = Yes
  • Custom Medication field (Link to Medication) is added in Item
  • Matching values are correctly set
  • “Ignore User Permissions” is checked

Tooltip shows correct filters like Maintain Stock = Yes, Medication = DOLO, but still nothing appears.
