Duplicate error when duplicate does not exist

Hi Community,

I am trying to enter the barcode for this specific item and keep getting this error. First of all this is the first time this barcode is being used in the system and also, when using the barcode: 8904137400066 on any other products, the same error is present with the other product name instead of this product name.

All item has unique barcode.
e.g Item01 has barcode 885848484809. So barcode of item02 can’t be 885848484809.
