if the value we put is 1h 1m 1s , the translation to arabic is 1ح 1م 1س insted of 1 سا 1 د 1 ثا ,
1h == 1سا instead of 1ح
1m == 1د instead of 1م
1s == 1ثا instead of 1س
could we change the translation
i changed the translation values in frappe translation file ar.csv and it worked
