Dynamic field in child table

Hai ,
I would like to create dynamic fields into child table according to numbers given.
For eg: if my entries are 5 there should be 5 dynamic fields in a row.
Is it Possible…?

You may use “HTML Field” and you can generate required fields within dynamically. But saving the result to the DB would be a painful adventure.
