e-Invoice and e-Waybill Logs are not generating

Upon invoice submission, both e-invoice and e-waybills are auto-generated successfully, but e-Invoice and e-Waybill Logs are not creating. India compliance uses the short Redis queue for processing logs. Please review the following:

  • Whether the queue-short and redis-queue processes are running.
  • Check the logs for these processes to get more info.
