So here’s what I have discovered, a bit of an inconvenience actually regarding the E-mail Account which is set as Income with Append as communication to Lead doctype.
As the e-mails come in, they get properly imported in the lead.
However, the emails are marked as seen in the server, which is an issue because we can’t see them and reply on time.
Is it possible, as an optimisation, to pull the data into the lead but leave the email in the server as not seen ?
