E-Mail: Domain not found

Hi there,

i think i configured the e-mail settings correctly, but i’ve still got this error-message:

smtplib.SMTPRecipientsRefused: {‘info@*******.de’: (550, b’5.1.8 : Sender address rejected: Domain not found’)}

What can i do?

Hi @wolfomat,

Before creating an Email Account, you need an Email Domain. However, you can skip creating an Email Domain if you’re using one of the services listed here.

Please check the documentation, if you want more details.
